BG (NS) Tay Lim Heng
Board Member
BG (NS) Tay is the Chief Executive of Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
He was awarded the Singapore Armed Forces (Overseas) scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Engineering Science and Economics from the University of Oxford in 1985. He obtained a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Harvard University in 1995.
He is also a Board member of the Centre for Maritime Studies in the National University of Singapore and DSO National Laboratories, as well as a Member of the Advisory Panel of The Chartered Institute of Logistics And Transport, Singapore.
