The Risk Assessment: Perspectives and Update on Quality Assurance Initiatives from the Oil and Marine Industry seminar was jointly organised by Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) and General Insurance Association of Singapore (GIA), with the kind sponsorship from L.C.H. Pte Ltd. The seminar sought to allow participants to gain a better understanding of quality assurance, risk assessment issues and the implementation of TMSA (Tanker Management and Self Assessment) as a risk assessment tool.
Three industry experts, Mr. Tim Knowles, Mr Per. W. Christensen and Mrs Catherine Hall, were invited to share their experiences on quality assurance initiatives to the 120 participants.
