MSC Career Discovery Programme 2019

The Maritime Singapore Connect (MSC) Office, a unit under the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) organised the inaugural MSC Career Discovery Programme. Participants had the chance to undergo a FREE CliftonStrengths assessment with customised report and workshop worth over $100. Undergraduates were invited to join us for a half-day session where we guided them in their career exploration with the help of expert diagnostic tools so that they can better position themselves to their future employers. They also learned more about maritime careers that would be better suited for them.

MSC Maritime Careers Workshop 2019

The Maritime Singapore Connect (MSC) Office organised the fourth MSC Maritime Careers Workshop on 16 August 2019. Year 3 and 4 undergraduates and working professionals with 0-2 years of experience from across all disciplines were invited to join for an afternoon of presentations and networking with maritime professionals from six leading local and international maritime companies to find out more about the diverse career opportunities in an industry that contributes to 7% of Singapore’s GDP.

MSC Maritime Careers Workshop 2018

The MSC Maritime Careers Workshop is organised annually to educate undergraduates and working professionals with less than two years of work experience from across all disciplines on the diversity of maritime careers. For this year’s event, participants were able to discover business and career opportunities provided by six maritime companies during the breakout sessions and networking reception.
